Job summary

Hyatt Centric Kota Kinabalu, based in Kuala Lumpur, seeks a Revenue Analyst to support revenue operations in line with Hyatt International's standards. The role focuses on optimizing revenue and developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to maximize the hotel’s profit.

Reporting to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management, you will apply analytics, market insight, and strong interpersonal skills to contribute to guest satisfaction and owner value.

Qualifications

• Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management.
• Minimum 2 years work experience in Revenue or Analytic scope, strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the efficient running of the Revenue department in line with Hyatt's corporate strategies and brand standards.
• Assist in developing long-term strategies and short-term tactics to increase the hotel’s revenues and maximize profit.
• Report to the Cluster Director of Revenue Management.
