Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Supervisor for the New Era store at Gurney Plaza, Penang. You will oversee daily store operations and lead a team to meet sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, stock control, and adherence to SOPs, with duties including cashiering and basic reporting. You will support the Store Manager in attendance and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support daily store operations.
• Lead, guide and monitor store staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor stock levels, stock replenishment and store visual merchandising.
• Handle cashiering, daily sales transactions and store opening/closing procedures.
• Ensure store cleanliness, safety and company SOPs are followed.
• Prepare basic sales and operational reports.
• Assist the Store Manager in managing staff attendance, performance and discipline.
