Job summary

Stream Empire Holdings Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Retail Assistant for New Era at Queensbay Mall in Penang. You will greet customers, help them choose products, and provide information on sizes, colours, stock, and promotions to drive sales.

You will handle payments via POS, maintain store presentation, assist with stock receiving and tagging, monitor stock levels, and help open and close the store. The role requires teamwork and strict adherence to SOPs to achieve daily targets.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide friendly and helpful service.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable New Era products.
• Provide information on products, sizes, colours, availability, and promotions.
• Handle cash, card, and other payments using the POS system.
• Maintain store cleanliness, tidiness, and product presentation.
• Arrange and replenish products on the sales floor.
• Monitor stock levels and report low stock or damaged items.
• Assist with receiving, checking, tagging, and arranging new stock.
• Ensure products have the correct price tags and promotional information.
• Assist with opening and closing the store and daily stock counts.
• Follow company SOPs, safety requirements, and store standards.
• Work together with the team to achieve sales targets and ensure smooth store operations.
