Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a capable Retail Store Operator based in Lawas, Sarawak. You will oversee daily store operations, sales strategies, and promotional activities to drive performance.

Responsibilities include leading and motivating the retail staff, managing inventory accuracy, handling customer inquiries with professionalism, and ensuring attractive merchandising aligned with marketing campaigns.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years working experience in a related field.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
