Job summary

Maimilu Sdn bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a capable Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of our Gashapon outlet and ensure smooth store opening and closing.

You will supervise Retail Assistants, prepare staff rosters, keep machines replenished and clean, monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment, and verify incoming stock to maintain service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Gashapon retail outlet.
• Ensure smooth opening and closing of the store according to company procedures.
• Supervise and guide Retail Assistant(s) on daily duties and service standards.
• Prepare and manage staff duty rosters and shift arrangements.
• Ensure Gashapon machines are properly replenished, clean and operational.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
• Receive, count and verify incoming stock.
