Job summary

Gloo in Malaysia is hiring for a Retail Operations Manager to plan, manage and maintain smooth operations of multiple retail outlets in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor. You will lead store teams, ensure cleanliness, correct pricing, promotions, and stock accuracy while driving sales targets and active participation in company events.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business/retail, strong communication and leadership skills, and own transport.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in business, management, marketing or retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Leadership experience in retail operations is a plus.
• High analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Own transport required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily outlet operations and ensure store standards.
• Plan and manage multiple retail stores in KL/Selangor.
• Coach and train staff; handle staffing issues.
• Assist in recruitment and interview processes.
• Drive sales targets and participate in marketing events.
• Ensure pricing, promotions and stock accuracy.
