KK Super Mart Bangi is seeking a Shop Assistant (Full Time) in Bandar Bangi. You will handle goods receipt, inventory control, and customer service, while maintaining store cleanliness and safety. Knowledge of POS systems is required and you should be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Diploma or equivalent is preferred, with 1–3 years retail experience and supervisory capabilities considered a plus. Own transportation is advantageous for this role in BPB district.

Formación

• SPM, Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
• Retail experience 1–3 years, with supervisory responsibilities preferred.
• Willing to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• To receive, record, arrange, inspect, and return goods, and manage inventory and merchandise.
• To maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping within the store.
• To operate store equipment in accordance with procedures.
• To ensure the safety and proper care of store assets.
• To provide courteous and professional service to customers.
• To handle emergencies and report them to relevant personnel.
• To uphold KK Supermart's image and reputation at all times.
