Job Responsibilities
- Cashiering & Payment Handling
- Operate POS system accurately and efficiently.
- Process cash, card, e-wallet, and other payment methods.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds per company policy.
- Balance cash register and prepare daily sales reports.
Administrative & Operation Support
- Maintain sales transaction and inventory records.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and daily documentation.
- Assist in receiving, stocking, and arranging products on shelves.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of perishable goods (FIFO system)
- Support stock-taking, inventory checks, and replenishment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the outlet
Customer Service & Sales
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries and purchases.
- Handle customer feedback/complaints politely and escalate when necessary
Job Requirements
- Able to speak basic English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Basic numerical and administrative skills.
- Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible with cash handling.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
