Job summary

Eco-Shop Marketing Berhad in Johor Bahru is seeking a retail associate to greet customers, promote products, and help ensure a welcoming shopping experience.

You will unload and stock goods, maintain clean shelves, assist with displays and promotions, and step in as a cashier when needed. The role requires flexibility for weekends, good communication, and a customer‑centric mindset to meet sales targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent; higher qualifications are a plus.
• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate weights.
• Willing to work at Paragon Market Place, Tampoi, Johor.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide knowledge, and upsell to meet targets.
• Unload, organize, and handle goods during stock arrivals.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves.
• Label and display products at eye level.
• Manage inventory and report discrepancies.
• Assist in product displays and store promotions.
• Act as a replacement cashier when needed.
• Ensure storerooms are neat and waste disposed of properly.
