Job summary

Tri I Concept is seeking a polished Retail Sales Consultant for our Petaling Jaya showroom, focusing on B2B partnerships with high-end interior design firms. You will leverage your product knowledge to secure project specs and close sales.

With 1–2 years of luxury sales experience, you will network, pitch, and manage relationships across design communities. English and Bahasa Malaysia fluency are required; Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales experience, preferably in luxury interior design networks or building materials.
• Strong networking, pitching, and relationship-management skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or Cantonese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively pitch, build, and maintain strategic relationships with high-end Interior Design firms
• Welcome walkthrough customers, designers, and premium clients to our Petaling Jaya showroom
• Understand client floorplans and aesthetic preferences to recommend bespoke bathroom and kitchen packages
• Achieve monthly sales targets and proactively manage client payments to secure commissions
• Prepare accurate pricing proposals, process product orders, and coordinate deliveries with logistics
• Maintain premium showroom display standards, including product cleanliness and correct pricing signage
