Job summary

Luxasia Group is seeking a customer-oriented Sales Associate to deliver exceptional service and personalized Dyson product recommendations in our Kuala Lumpur retail environment.

You will demonstrate Dyson products across multiple categories, achieve sales targets, and build lasting customer relationships while maintaining product knowledge and store standards. Weekend availability and a pro-active, team-friendly attitude are expected.

Qualifications

• SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service.
• Proactive and able to work independently or in a team.
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• English communication; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience in premium retail, consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service and provide personalized product recommendations based on customers' needs.
• Demonstrate Dyson's innovative products across Hair Care, Floor Care, Environmental Care, and Personal Care categories.
• Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Build strong customer relationships to drive brand loyalty and repeat purchases.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge and explain Dyson's technology and benefits confidently.
• Ensure products are well displayed and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support daily retail operations, including stock replenishment, stock take, and housekeeping.
• Participate in product launches, promotions, and brand events when required.

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in retail sales or customer service; experience in premium retail, consumer electronics, beauty, or lifestyle brands is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and engaging personality.
• Well-groomed, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
