Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad (Retail) is seeking a customer-focused team member in Penang to greet customers, promote products, and handle stock and cashier duties as needed. You will help maintain a clean, well-displayed store and support promotions during busy periods.

Ideal candidates have SPM or equivalent, retail or customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is important in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• SPM or equivalent completed.
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Promote products, provide knowledge, and upsell to meet targets.
• Assist in unloading, organizing, and stocking during arrivals.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organize shelves, and restock as needed.
• Ensure products are labeled and displayed at eye level.
• Monitor inventory and report discrepancies.
• Assist with product displays and store promotions.
• Act as replacement cashier when needed.
• Keep store clean, organized, and visually appealing.
