Job summary

AEON Malaysia is seeking energetic retail staff to join our Fashion Retail & Department Stores network. You will assist customers, advise on products, keep counters tidy, and promote sales while maintaining a clean, welcoming store environment.

Qualifications

At least SRP/PMR/SPM/Certificate or Diploma.
Attractive personality and can communicate well.
Age 18 years and above.
Strong interest in retail.
Able to work in shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Applicants must be a Malaysian citizen or Permanent Resident status.

Responsibilities

Provide good and friendly customer service.
Advise customers on product selections.
Keep premises clean and orderly.
Understand customer needs and answer questions.
Promote promotional products and sales.
Prepare sales/promotional areas according to layout; ensure no garbage and POP materials are left out.
Merchandise Meat/Seafood sections.
Handle returns and liaise with suppliers for defective goods.
Maintain counters for monthly stock-taking.
Attend training sessions as required.
