Job summary

Birkenstock Malaysia is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and guide shoppers through product selection. You will support purchases and maintain a clean, welcoming store environment to elevate the customer experience.

The role emphasizes excellent sales and product knowledge with strong customer orientation, including operating the POS system and managing loyal customers. Training is provided, with opportunities for development.
