Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a Retail Sales Associate for AL-IKHSAN KIP MALL Kota Warisan in Malaysia. You will greet customers, assist with product selection, and work toward individual and store sales targets while maintaining up-to-date product knowledge across footwear, apparel, and equipment.

You will handle cash, support stock management, ensure attractive merchandising, and uphold brand standards to deliver a consistent customer experience. Weekend and shift flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
• Previous retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail experience is an advantage).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about sports, fitness, and customer service.
• Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven.
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
