Job summary

Al-Ikhsan Sports Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to greet customers, understand needs, and guide product selection across footwear, apparel, and equipment. You will drive store sales targets, upsell, maintain store standards, handle cash, assist in stock replenishment, and provide feedback on trends to help improve customer experience and brand image.

• Ensure merchandise is well-presented, tagged, and stocked.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in stock management, replenishment, and counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness per company standards.
• Provide feedback on customer trends and improvement opportunities.
• Uphold brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience.

Job description

Greet and assist customers with product selection based on their needs and preferences.

Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and upselling.

Maintain product knowledge across all categories (footwear, apparel, and equipment).

Ensure merchandise is well-presented, properly tagged, and adequately stocked.

Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Participate in stock management, replenishment, and inventory counts.

Maintain thecleanliness and tidiness of the store in accordance with company standards.

Provide feedback on customer trends and suggestions for improvement.

Uphold the brand image and deliver a consistent customer experience aligned with AL-IKHSAN SPORTS values.

Requirements:

Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.

Previous retail or sales experience preferred (sports retail experience is an advantage).

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Passionate about sports, fitness, and customer service.

Positive attitude, team player, and results-driven.

Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotational shifts.
