Job summary

Aonic is opening its first LiberNovo retail store in Malaysia, at Mid Valley Megamall, and you will be the face of the brand guiding customers through hands-on chair demos and immersive experiences. Training is provided, including sessions with the international HQ.

Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, you should be friendly, proactive, and comfortable on camera. Weekend shifts are required and mid‑September 2026 start is possible.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or livestreaming is a bonus, not required.
• Friendly, proactive and confident in communicating with customers.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other dialects advantageous.

About The Role

Join the founding team of the first LiberNovo retail store in Malaysia, opening at Mid Valley Megamall this October. You will be the face of the brand - welcoming customers, guiding them through hands‑on chair demos, and helping them experience a product they genuinely cannot try anywhere else. This store is built as an experience space, not a typical outlet. Customers sit, recline and feel the chair move with them in guided demos of around 20 minutes, and purchases are delivered from our warehouse to their door. Beyond the floor, you will help showcase the store online through livestreams and social content. Full training is provided, including sessions built with the brand’s international HQ team - no ergonomics background needed.

Key Responsibilities

On the floor

• Welcome customers warmly and guide them through the demo experience zones
• Run engaging, consultative product demos - helping customers feel the difference rather than reciting specs
• Handle common questions and objections confidently, including online marketplace price comparisons
• Achieve store sales targets through proactive engagement and honest product recommendations
• Promote ongoing campaigns, bundles, opening promotions and the launch lucky draw
• Process transactions accurately on POS and arrange warehouse‑to‑home delivery orders for customers
• Capture customer contacts and WhatsApp opt‑ins for follow‑up, events and promotions

Online and content

• Host regular livestream sessions (TikTok Live, Facebook/Instagram Live) to showcase products and close sales in‑stream - script and camera training provided
• Appear in short‑form store content and help capture same‑day customer moments and reviews
• Respond to pre‑sales enquiries on e‑commerce and social platforms when available

Store operations and events

• Keep demo units clean, charged, fully functional and demo‑ready at all times
• Assist daily operations: opening/closing, merchandise restocking, displays, cleanliness and SOPs
• Support in‑store events - grand opening activities, posture check days, workshops and product launch activations
• Assist customers with aftersales guidance through our WhatsApp service channel
• Post a daily closing summary covering sales, foot traffic and notable customer feedback
• Report stock, sales or operational issues to the Store Lead promptly

About You

• Open to SPM holders and above - fresh graduates encouraged to apply
• Friendly, proactive and confident in communicating with customers
• Experience in sales, customer service or livestreaming is a bonus, not a requirement
• Comfortable being on camera and speaking live to an audience, or willing to learn
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin or other dialects a strong advantage
• Able to work retail shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Willing to be based at Mid Valley Megamall; able to start by mid-September 2026
