Job summary

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote and recommend products to customers to achieve sales targets.
• Assist customers with product selection, pricing and enquiries.
• Maintain product displays, store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Handle sales transactions, cash payments and daily sales activities accurately.
• Assist with stock replenishment, stock counting and inventory management.
• Participate in TikTok LIVE sessions and create short video content to promote products and increase store sales.
• Support promotional campaigns and other marketing activities.
• Follow company policies, SOPs and management instructions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
