Job summary

Private Advertiser seeks a friendly Retail Sales Assistant for a 6-month pop-up in Selangor. You will deliver excellent customer service, assist with sales, and keep stock organized with accurate inventory records in a fast-paced environment.

The role is hands-on, detail-oriented, and involves a mix of customer-facing duties and stock management, with weekend/holiday shifts as required. Training will be provided by the supervisor to ensure smooth store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or inventory handling is an advantage.
• Friendly, approachable manner with customers.
• Detail-oriented and organized when handling stock.
• Basic computer skills; familiar with POS systems or spreadsheets.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays if required.

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and detail-oriented Retail Sales Assistant to support our 6-month pop-up store operations. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with sales, and ensuring that products are well-organized and inventory records remain accurate.

The ideal candidate should be hands-on, organized, and comfortable handling both customer-facing duties and daily stock management.

Location: Selangor, MY

Type: 6 Month Contract and Part Timer (Shift based)

Availability: 16 November 2026 onwards

What You’ll Do

Greet customers, understand their needs, and provide product recommendations.

Assist with sales transactions, payments, and customer inquiries.

Ensure products are properly displayed, organized, and replenished.

Receive, check, label, and arrange incoming stock.

Monitor stock levels and update inventory records accurately.

Perform regular stock counts and report any discrepancies.

Assist with stock transfers, packing, and product preparation when required.

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store and stockroom.

Support promotional activities and daily pop-up store operations.

Work closely with the Supervisor to ensure smooth store operations.
