Job summary

HAPPIKIDDO in Ampang is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Assistant to help customers identify and purchase products they desire, and to provide excellent sales service that drives revenue.

You will handle promotions, monitor stock, maintain shop ambiance, and support day-to-day operations. The role requires flexibility to work mornings, days, and weekends, with shifts and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 6 working days per week, 1 day off.
• SPM or above
• Must have experience in a sales promoter role
• Friendly, polite, helpful, confident, good smile, and engaging personality
• Able to work on weekdays, weekends and PHs
• Able to work in shifts rotation (morning / noon / full)
• Responsible and able to exercise a high degree of professionalism when dealing with various situations

Responsibilities

• Be proactive in achieving sales targets and support operation activities
• Promote and sell the products
• Monitor stock levels and sales, and re-order items when necessary.
• Understand the product knowledge
• Maintains ambiance of the retail outlet, ensures the tidiness of the stock shelves, and organizes sales areas
• Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee
