About the role

Hiblendr Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Retail Promoter to join our team at Sunway Pyramid in Subang Jaya, Selangor. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, driving sales and promoting our products to customers in a vibrant retail environment. As a Retail Promoter, you will play a crucial role in our outbound sales strategy, engaging directly with customers, generating interest in our offerings, and converting interactions into sales. Your energy, communication skills, and product knowledge will be instrumental in achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers on the shop floor, providing product information and recommendations that meet their needs

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays as required
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; additional languages are an advantage
• Keen attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems is preferred
• A positive attitude, reliability and willingness to learn
