Responsibilities

• Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting features and benefits.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of product ranges, pricing, and promotions.
• Conduct product sampling and tastings where applicable to encourage trials.

• Handle cash transactions accurately and process sales using POS systems.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster loyalty.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and market trends.
• Support stock management and ensure shelves are well-stocked and organized.
• Comply with health, safety, and company policies while on duty.

This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our brand, engaging directly with customers and driving sales through exceptional product knowledge and customer service. As a Retail Promoter, you will play a crucial role in building brand awareness, promoting our products, and creating memorable shopping experiences that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business. This role is essential to our retail operations and directly contributes to achieving our sales targets and enhancing our market presence in this prime retail location.

Key responsibilities

• Actively promote and demonstrate products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits
• Engage with shoppers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their needs and provide personalised recommendations
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and store promotional goals
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all product ranges, pricing, and current promotions
• Conduct product sampling and tastings where applicable to encourage customer trials
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials at point-of-sale locations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process sales using point-of-sale systems
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to foster brand loyalty
