Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated showroom support role to help hit monthly sales and gross profit targets across Malaysia. You will implement promotions, manage stock, and support a team of sales consultants to reach their KPIs.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in retail or sales, a long-term commitment, and willingness to work overtime. The role includes medical benefits and training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred.
• Long term employment commitment.
• Willing to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Support the showroom in achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Execute company promotional campaigns effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Learn daily showroom management.
• Motivate and support sales consultants to achieve individual KPIs.
• Learn manpower scheduling and workforce planning.
• Perform stock checking and inventory accuracy.
• Follow SOPs for opening and closing operations.
• Monitor stock replenishment and ageing inventory.
• Assist in handling showroom administrative tasks
