Job summary

Senheng Electric (KL) Sdn Bhd invites applications for a showroom sales associate in Sabah to help achieve monthly sales and gross profit targets while delivering excellent customer service. You will learn showroom management, assist with stock checks, scheduling, and support sales consultants to meet KPIs, including promotional campaigns and SOP-guided daily operations.

• Support the showroom in achieving monthly sales and gross profit targets.
• Execute company promotional campaigns effectively.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and promptly.
• Learn daily showroom management.
• Motivate and support sales consultants to achieve individual KPIs.
• Learn manpower scheduling and workforce planning.
• Perform stock checking and inventory accuracy.
• Follow SOPs for opening and closing operations.
• Monitor stock replenishment and ageing inventory.
• Assist in handling showroom administrative tasks.
