Job summary

R Pharmacy in Malaysia is seeking a Personal Care Assistant for Lotus’s Puchong outlet to support daily operations and help achieve sales targets.

You will provide friendly customer service, recommend suitable products based on customer needs, and handle cash or cashless transactions accurately while keeping displays well-organised and stocked. Training will be provided; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; training will be provided.
• Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily outlet operations and sales targets.
