Pastel Care Sdn Bhd is seeking a Personal Care Assistant - Retail Sales Assistant in Kuala Lumpur to help customers identify and purchase products while delivering exceptional service. The role requires a friendly, customer-focused approach and willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Ideal candidates may have SPM qualifications and 1–2 years of retail experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and resolve inquiries efficiently to provide exceptional care and support daily dispensary operations.
Maintain a clean, organized, and highly presentable storefront to ensure an inviting and professional retail environment.
Monitor stock levels and manage inventory actively to optimize product turnover and prevent shortages.
Process sales transactions and handle payments accurately while maintaining strict cash drawer integrity.
Participate regularly in training programs to upgrade clinical and operational skills continuously.
