Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided.
- Friendly, responsible, and customer-oriented.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer/POS knowledge is an advantage.
- Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily outlet operations and sales targets.
- Provide friendly and excellent customer service.
- Recommend suitable products based on customer needs.
- Handle cash and cashless transactions accurately.
- Maintain product displays, pricing and stock availability.
- Assist with stock replenishment, deliveries and inventory.
- Keep the outlet clean, organised and presentable.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
