Job summary

Capco Malaysia is expanding its Retail Banking Payments practice and seeks a consultant with strong payments experience to support engagements across payments strategy, transformation and advisory.

You will apply knowledge of payment rails and gateways, conduct discovery, translate findings into recommendations, and collaborate with stakeholders across business, tech, risk and compliance to deliver impactful client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail banking payments within consulting, banking, fintech or related environment.
• Strong understanding of payments ecosystem, rails, gateways and processing flows.
• Excellent PowerPoint and slide writing, senior-management-ready materials.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements across retail banking payments strategy, transformation, capability assessment and related initiatives.
• Analyze payment rails, gateways and end-to-end payment flows to identify opportunities.
• Conduct discovery activities, stakeholder interviews and requirements gathering; translate findings into recommendations.
• Collaborate with business, technology, operations, risk and compliance for delivery of payment initiatives.
• Develop client-ready presentations and executive-level materials with clear storytelling.
