Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma or Degree and has 2–3 years of experience in retail operations management. Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams is required, with shift, weekend, and public holiday availability.

Qualifications

• Possessed at least Diploma/Degree Holder in any field.
• 2-3 years of working experiences in retail operations management/related field.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all product, facilities and services advertised are correct and updated.
• Ensure assets are in good condition and train team members to do the same.
• Participate in ensuring safety and security equipment are in good working condition.
• Provide and organize training to improve professional skills of your team.
• Adhere to store budgeted expenditure.
• Return goods according to the procedures.
