AEON Malaysia, a leading retail company, seeks a Divisional Manager to oversee administration, operations, and achievement of targets across the division. You will lead a team to ensure safety, hygiene, and compliance with company SOPs while driving customer satisfaction through quality service and competitive merchandising.

You will manage stock, pricing, and planogram adherence, while implementing process improvements and coordinating with store leadership to deliver strong financial results

Responsabilidades

• Manage administration of the entire division to ensure smooth operations and achievement of targets
• Deliver consistent performance and ensure safety and hygiene standards day-to-day
• Lead, guide, motivate and build teamwork within the division
• Align division activities with Company OKR, financial targets and budget
• Ensure merchandise is safe, legal, in good quality, fresh and competitively priced
• Train staff to provide quality customer service with a welcoming attitude
• Respond to customer feedback to meet expectations and retain loyalty
• Ensure proper stock handling and display according to planogram to avoid out-of-stock issues
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and SOP adherence across areas including sales floor, back room, and facilities
• Report to Store Manager/Deputy Store Manager and seek improvements when standards deteriorate
