Perform bank reconciliations for assigned retail branches.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies between bank statements, system records, and branch submissions.
Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of branch collections, deposits, and financial transactions.
Monitor unreconciled items and maintain supporting documentation.
Monitor debtor aging reports and outstanding balances.
Follow up on overdue accounts and collection matters.
Escalate long-outstanding debts when necessary.
Prepare collection status reports and recommend improvements.
Serve as the main contact point for finance-related branch matters.
Support branches on financial processes, documentation, and compliance.
Ensure adherence to financial controls and operational procedures.
Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Prepare reports on reconciliation, ageing, collections, and outstanding issues.
Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends and risks.
Support management reporting and ad hoc analyses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Support audit exercises and process improvement initiatives.

Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Finance, Retail Operations, Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Financial Analysis.
Experience in retail, automotive, or multi-branch operations is an added advantage.
Strong understanding of bank reconciliation, debtor management, and collection processes.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial systems.
Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
