Job summary

M-Link System (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Channel Sales Executive to develop and maintain offline retail channels across Malaysia. You will conduct store visits, monitor stock levels, and coordinate displays and promotions to strengthen the brand presence and drive sales.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management or a related field.
• Experience in merchandising, retail sales, channel management or consumer electronics/IT products will be an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.
• Comfortable with frequent travel and visiting retail outlets within the assigned territory.
• Strong observation and execution skills with a good eye for product display and merchandising.
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain offline retail channels to support sustainable sales growth and strengthen brand presence.
• Conduct regular store visits and retail inspections at assigned locations to ensure proper execution of merchandising standards.
• Monitor product availability and ensure dealer and retail partner outlets maintain adequate stock levels.
• Track channel inventory and report stock shortages, slow-moving products and replenishment requirements to the Sales Manager.
• Coordinate inventory replenishment and recommend suitable new product introductions and stock quantities based on channel demand.
• Arrange and maintain product displays to ensure products are well-organised, visually appealing and prominently displayed.
• Implement and communicate promotional campaigns to retail partners.
• Work with retail partners to develop and enhance brand corners and display zones at key outlets.
• Identify opportunities to leverage channel resources to improve brand visibility and sales performance.
• Provide product knowledge training and sales support to retail partner sales teams.
• Collect and report market intelligence including competitor activities, pricing, product launches, consumer trends and fast-moving products.
• Provide timely feedback and insights to support sales planning, product strategy and channel development.
