Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad offers a Retail Management Trainee program at Lima Kedai Skudai for fresh graduates. You will rotate through cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge while gaining hands-on store operations experience.

With on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leadership, you will develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. After a 6-month training period, you may become permanent staff and be promoted to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in any field; fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Basic computer literacy with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.
• Learn Store Management, Supervision, and essential Admin skills.
• On-the-Job Training in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Receive mentorship from senior leadership to accelerate career development.
