Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline with 3.0 CGPA or higher.
• Experience in the retail workforce is an added advantage.

• Excellent at articulating information in both writing and speaking English and Bahasa Malaysia.

What you will learn:

• Learn about retail merchandising, sales, inventory, planning and management.
• Gain knowledge on Company policies, protocols, and processes.
• Learn from experienced staff members on day-to-day retail operations and tasks.
• Liaise with Managers, Supervisors and other staff members.
• Participate in meetings, workshops and other learning opportunities with guided schedule and learning modules.
• Learn about conflict resolution and sit in disciplinary hearings.
• Complete assigned tasks by assisting with day-to-day operations with the assigned business unit.
• Prepare documents and update records.
• Fulfil any requirements and meeting goals set at the program.

• Remuneration: Up to RM6,000
