Job summary

Jora Malaysia offers a 6-month training program with rotations in cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge to accelerate your career in retail. You will gain hands-on experience in store management, supervision, and essential admin skills, backed by mentorship from senior leadership.

Upon successful completion, you will be converted to a permanent staff member and promoted to Assistant Manager, with fast-track opportunities and incentives based on performance.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged).
• Language: Proficient in English and Malay (spoken and written).
• Technical: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.
• Availability: Willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Participate in comprehensive rotations across cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge.
• Assist in store management, supervision, and essential admin tasks during the program.
