Job summary

ECO-SHOP Marketing Berhad offers a Retail Management Trainee program at Lima Kedai Skudai for fresh graduates. You will rotate through cashiering, stock management, and product knowledge while gaining hands-on store operations experience.

With on-the-job training and mentorship from senior leadership, you will develop leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. After a 6-month training period, you may become permanent staff and be promoted to Assistant Manager.

Qualifications

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kickstart your career in leadership? We are looking for high-energy, proactive individuals to join our Retail Management Trainee Program.

Comprehensive Job Rotations: Gain expertise in Cashiering, Stock Management, and Product Knowledge.

Operational Excellence: Learn the ins and outs of Store Management, Supervision, and Essential Admin skills.

On-the-Job Training: Real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment.

Upon successful completion of the 6-month training period, you will be converted to a Permanent Staff and promoted to Assistant Manager.

Requirements:

Education: Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply).

Language: Proficient in English and Malay (both spoken and written).

Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy, particularly in Microsoft Office.

Availability: Must be willing to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
