Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations, supervision or business administration.
• Strong organisation, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving skills.
• Interest in business development, operational management and improving systems.
• Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and performance reports.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets; willingness to learn AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across Best Bundle retail outlets.
• Collaborate with store staff to maintain service and presentation.
• Identify opportunities to increase sales and improve productivity.
• Develop and implement retail management procedures and stock controls.
• Analyse performance and prepare reports for the CEO.
• Assist with stock replenishment and vendor coordination.
• Lead projects from planning to implementation with measurable outcomes.
