Job summary

PRISM+ Malaysia is seeking an ambitious Retail Assistant Store Manager to lead our Setia City Mall store. You will drive sales, coach a retail team, and ensure excellent customer service in a fast-growing electronics environment.

Role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing and at least 3 years of managerial retail experience. You will manage schedules, merchandising, stock, and incentives to meet targets; strong English/Chinese/Malay communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in retail.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication in English/Chinese/Malay.

Responsibilities

• Manage, count, verify, and reconcile daily cash register sales.
• Greet customers with courteous service and recommend products.
• Perform opening and closing procedures per store policy.
• Process and replenish merchandise; ensure stock availability.
• Co-lead retail team to maintain merchandising and cleanliness.
• Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new store employees.
• Create and manage store schedules.
• Set and exceed retail sales targets; report sales performance.
• Plan incentives and push plans to boost sales with management.
