Job summary

KKV SUPPLY CHAIN SDN. BHD. is hiring a Retail Store Crew (Full Time) at X11 Mid Valley KL to understand and achieve monthly sales targets and support sales operations.

You will patrol the store, provide courteous service, assist customers, and handle complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. In addition, you will inspect products for expiry and quality, maintain shelves, replenish stock, ensure safety and cleanliness, and work six days weekly across rotating shifts.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher education preferred.
• Experience in fast fashion/supermarket/shopping mall preferred.
• Pleasant, presentable, cheerful with good communication and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the store regularly and maintain security and safety.
• Provide good store service and assist customers with needs.
• Check product expiry date and report defects to management.
• Maintain shelf displays and replenish stock for daily operations.
