UNIQLO Malaysia invites university interns to join the Future Leaders Internship Programme as a Finance Operations Intern. You will assist the Finance team on operational processes, data verification, and process improvement to support store operations and customer experience.

You will gain exposure to finance controls, cross-functional collaboration, and hands-on project work, shaping early career development in a leading retail environment.

Qualifications

• Interest in finance operations, business processes, or data analysis.
• Detail-oriented and data-friendly.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Currently enrolled in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support review and clarification of finance-related store operation processes.
• Assist with data checking, verification, and analysis to support reporting.
• Document process steps and improvement points clearly.
• Coordinate with Finance, Store Operations, and Store Support Centre teams.
• Prepare summaries and presentations to communicate findings.
