Join the UNIQLO Future Leaders Internship Programme and gain hands‑on exposure to talent acquisition, employer branding, and campus recruitment initiatives. You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to support branding and recruitment activities while learning how UNIQLO attracts, engages, and develops future talent.

What You Will Learn

By the end of the internship, you will:

• Understand the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from candidate attraction and screening support to interview coordination and hiring follow‑up.

Key Responsibilities

• Support application review, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination across recruitment activities.

• Support recruitment reporting and talent pipeline tracking.
