Qualifications

• Students pursuing Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related disciplines.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and networking concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

• Support IT device deployment, refresh, and asset management across stores and functions.
• Assist in IT asset tracking, stock-take and inventory management.
• Assist in creating, maintaining, and improving IT knowledge articles and user guides.
• Assist in data validation, reporting, and documentation for IT projects and processes.
• Provide coordination and administrative support for IT projects, vendors, and stakeholders.
