You will support planning of training programmes, prepare materials, assist with learning administration, and gain exposure to data and reporting while contributing to organizational growth.

You'll learn through hands-on projects, store immersion, cross-functional collaboration, and networking with leaders.

• Support data compilation, analysis, and reporting for employee development initiatives.
• Assist with project-based and day-to-day operational activities that support learning programs.
