• Prepare annual budgets, sales forecasts, and profit-and-loss statements.
• Analyze margins, revenue drivers, and cost structures across different retail outlets.
• Monitor stock counts, manage accounts receivable/payable, and ensure cash security.
• Oversee month-end closings, tax filings, and local financial reporting standards.
