Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Team Member to assist the Store Manager in daily outlet operations, handle cash and daily reports, supervise staff, and deliver excellent customer service to build rapport with customers. You will support promotions, display and merchandising, maintain cleanliness, and contribute to sales growth.

The role is full-time, requires Malaysian nationality, and includes shift work, extra leave, health insurance, maternity and parental leave, with

Responsibilities

• Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)
• Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)
• To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers
• Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth
• Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation
• Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer
• Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints
• Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
