Job summary

Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd is seeking a Store Assistant to support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations at our Malaysia outlets. You will handle cash, daily reports, promotions, and assist with merchandising.

You will supervise staff, deliver excellent customer service, promote stock, and respond to inquiries. The role offers growth opportunities, health insurance, maternity/ parental leave, and a 13th month salary for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Malaysian national citizenship.
• Able to work on shifts, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
• Proactive with customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation.
• Handle all day-to-day tasks at store (cash money, daily report, promotions).

• Contribute towards outlet sales achievement and growth.
• Maintain cash accurately and keep proper records of operation.

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
