Guardian Health and Beauty Sdn Bhd in Subang Jaya is seeking a Store Team Member to support the Store Manager in daily outlet operations, manage cash and reports, supervise staff, and ensure top-notch customer service. Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation
• Handle all day-to-day store tasks including cash handling, daily reports, and promotions
• Supervise staff attendance, briefing, and follow-ups
• Deliver excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement and growth
• Maintain accurate cash handling and proper records of operations
• Promote stocks and promotional mechanics to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in outlet display, merchandising, and cleanliness

Job description

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
