Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall outlet operation
• Handle day-to-day store tasks (cash handling, daily reports, promotions)
• Supervise staff (attendance, briefing, follow-up)
• Demonstrate excellent customer service and build rapport with customers
• Contribute to outlet sales achievement & growth
• Maintain cash accurately per procedures and records
• Promote stock/promotions to customers
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Assist in outlet display, merchandising and cleanliness

Job description

Responsible in assisting Store Manager/Executive in Charge for overall Outlet Operation

Handle all day-to-day task at store (cash money, daily report, promotion etc)

Supervise staffs (attendance, briefing, follow up)

To demonstrate excellent customer service and build & maintain good rapport with customers

Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement & sales growth

Maintain cash accurately according to the set procedures and to keep proper records of operation

Actively promote stocks or promotional mechanics to customer

Responsible in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints

Assisting in all aspects of outlet , especially display, merchandising and cleanliness
