Job summary

RT Pastry Holdings Berhad is seeking frontline staff for its bakery outlets in Kuala Lumpur. You will greet customers, advise on baked goods, handle queries about products and promotions, and assist with packing, displays and stock rotation.

Qualifications

• Experience in bakery/retail environment preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to upsell and promote promotions.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist or advise them in selecting baked goods.
• Responds to customer queries with a clear understanding of product information and available promotions.
• Responsible for product packing, arranging displays, restocking, and tracking expiry dates.
• Taking order and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the outlet.
• Willingness to work shift hours, weekends, and public holidays
