Job summary

Nike is looking for a Nike Direct Athlete at Nike JPO (Johor Premium Outlets) in Johor Bahru, Malaysia. You will be passionate about Nike products, delivering world-class service and supporting store operations.

You may work flexible hours and engage with customers, teammates, and the broader store community to uphold premium service standards. You will assist in Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom, while maintaining knowledge of store departments and potentially operating the cash

Qualifications

• Must have completed SPM.
• Able to perform basic math functions.
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English.
• Physical requirements include twisting, bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder and standing for long periods.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented and able to deliver excellent customer service.
• One or more years of customer service/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers.
• Assist the team in executing daily store operations to ensure premium service.
• Operate the cash register for regular transactions.
• Stock the floor, handle shipping/receiving, and build visual displays when necessary.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

As a Nike DirectAthlete,you are passionate about Nike products and services. You will demonstrate enthusiasm and eagerness to learn the fundamentals of all store Athlete roles, including but not limited to Service, Visual Presentation, and Stockroom. You will deliver the best possible service and attention to all consumers. Assist the team in executing all daily retail operations to ensure premium service and smooth store functioning. You will develop positive relationships with consumers and teammates and be an active member of the store community by attending and supporting store events. You will model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the business. You will maintain knowledge of various store departments and be available to operate the cash register for regular transactions, perform shipping and receiving duties, stock the floor, perform cleaning duties, and build visual displays when necessary.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Must have completed SPM
• Able to perform basic math functions, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
• Able to effectively communicate in verbal and written English
• Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
• Able to accomplish multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment and provide excellent customer service
• One or more years of customer service and/or retail experience preferred
